A ride that’s as seamless as the night sky is just an order away. Introducing the Pantone x Trek limited edition Project One bike, designed to propel your next adventure. This custom bike showcases the stunning new hues of Pantone’s Dualities Palette, transforming the frame of Trek’s Project One bike into an ethereal, cloud-filled snapshot of the sky at twilight.
The Dualities Palette features 175 new colors divided into two captivating collections: New Age Pastels and Shadows. The Project One bike highlights four standout colors: Peach Tree, Polaris Star, English Hyacinth, and Rocky Rims. The blend of the soft, ethereal tones from the New Age Pastels and the smoky shades of the Shadows palette creates a gradient reminiscent of the shifting hues in the sky during a long ride.
The seat post, in particular, draws your attention with to its dramatic stormy shades. The distinct pattern is crafted using an innovative alcohol process applied over uncured paint, resulting in a unique finish for each bike and ensuring that no two are ever alike. This technique marks the first time it has been used on a Trek Project One bike, adding an unprecedented level of artistry to the design.
The collaboration also marks a milestone in Pantone history, as it’s the first time colors have been divided into two distinct palettes. The Shadows palette highlights subtle nuances between black and white through a range of warm and cool gray tones, while the New Age Pastels palette showcases soft, airy hues and evokes calm and tranquility. Available across all of Pantone’s Fashion, Home + Interiors (FHI) products, these 175 new colors invite designers to express their unique visions with newfound elegance and edge.
Whether you’re cruising through urban landscapes or enjoying a leisurely ride along serene trails, the Pantone x Trek Project One bike promises to elevate your journey when you’re in motion or taking a moment to soak in the scenery.
