Laura Affre is an international fashion photographer based in Madrid. Laura seeks to represent the different personalities of her portraits artistically and unusually. Her photography is represented by strong and alternative women, placing them in liminal and subcultural spaces. She is passionate about representing adolescence and post-adolescence from a feminine and daring perspective.
It explores themes of identity, fashion and art through an experimentalist perspective, questioning the viewer about reality and social issues. This editorial aims to capture the passage from adolescence to adulthood but from the point of view of rebellion.
At this stage as adolescents, we undergo many changes and go through feelings that we do not understand well about ourselves, our personality is configured in a more intense way and we consolidate our tastes and style. We feel helpless but also invincible against the world, we consider our future and what we would like to do before adult life covers everything in gray.
It’s time to innovate, take risks and show the world who you are.
We want to represent one last summer without worries or obligations, in which you enjoy listening to music from your favorite artists with your friends after your parents have left you alone at home. The image of a teenager as a daring, provocative, carefree person freed from any bondage.
