It was another good week for several former SuperWest players.
Each week I highlight the Top 10 performances of West Coast school alums in our coverage footprint.
Here are my choices for Week 11.
Top 10 NFL Performers
1. Bo Nix, QB, Broncos/Oregon
Denver picked up a 38-6 win over the Falcons and the rookie QB had his best outing yet.
Nix completed 84.8% of his passes, the third-highest completion percentage ever by a rookie in a game. He threw for 307 and four TDs.
The former Duck is the second rookie quarterback all-time with at least 300 passing yards, four touchdown passes, and a passer rating of 140 or higher in a game.
2. Jared Goff, QB, Lions/Cal
Goff completed 24 of 29 pass attempts (82.8%) for 412 yards and four touchdowns with no interceptions as the Lions destroyed Jacksonville.
He is the first player in NFL history with multiple career games with at least 400 passing yards, four touchdown passes, and a 158.3 rating.
The NFL has only seen such a performance seven times and Goff has done it twice.
3. Taysom Hill, TE, Saints/BYU
In the Saints 34-14 win over Cleveland, Hill caught eight passes for 50 yards and added 138 on the ground with three rushing TDs.
Hill is the first non-running back in NFL history with at least 125 rushing yards and three rushing touchdowns in a game.
4. Amon-Ra St. Brown, WR, Lions/USC
The former Trojan had 11 receptions for 161 yards and a pair of TDs in the Lions’ 52-6 win.
St. Brown has a touchdown reception in eight consecutive games, tied for the third-most consecutive games with a touchdown reception in a season since 1970.
5. Puka Nacua, WR, Rams/BYU
Nacua finished the day with 123 yards on seven receptions along with a TD as the Rams held off the Patriots 28-22.
All seven catches netted either a first down or touchdown as the second-year WR posted a season-high in receiving yards.
6. Josh Allen, QB, Bills/Wyoming
Allen and the Bills picked up a huge win over the Chiefs, ending their undefeated season.
The former Cowboy signal caller finished the day with 262 yards passing and a TD while adding 55 yards on the ground and sealing the win with a 26-yard TD scamper.
7. Frankie Luvu, OLB, Commanders/Washington State
The Commanders came up short against the Eagles on Thursday but the former Cougar was a menace to the Eagles all night.
Luvu tallied 10 tackles with two sacks and three QB hits.
8. Taylor Rapp, S, Bills/Washington
Rapp had six total tackles in the Buffalo win over Kansas City.
The former Husky also collected an interception of Patrick Mahomes.
9. Justin Herbert, QB, Chargers/Oregon
Herbert threw for 297 yards and a pair of touchdowns in the Chargers’ Sunday Night win over Cincinnati.
The former Duck added another 65 yards on the ground to lead LA in rushing for the game.
10. Quentin Lake, DB, Rams/UCLA
Lake led the Rams defense with 11 stops on the day. Seven of the tackles were solo.
The 11 tackles in the win over the Patriots matched a career-high for the former Bruin.
